The Schwartz Spritzer

Ingredients

• 2 oz London dry gin
• 0.75 oz butterfly pea flower-infused gin
• 0.5 oz lavender syrup
• 0.5 oz fresh lemon juice
• 0.25 oz creme de violette
• Premium tonic water

Instructions

1. 1Fill Collins glass with crushed ice
2. 2Add all ingredients except tonic water to shaker with ice
3. 3Shake vigorously for 10-12 seconds
4. 4Strain into prepared glass
5. 5Top with tonic water and stir gently
6. 6Watch as the butterfly pea gin creates a color-changing effect
