The Duke's Double

Ingredients

• 1.5 oz tequila reposado
• 0.75 oz fresh lime juice
• 0.5 oz agave syrup
• 0.5 oz cucumber juice
• 2 oz sparkling water
• 3 thin cucumber slices

Instructions

1. 1Muddle cucumber slices in a shaker.
2. 2Add tequila, lime juice, agave syrup, cucumber juice, and ice.
3. 3Shake for 10 seconds and double strain into a rocks glass over ice.
4. 4Top with sparkling water.
5. 5Garnish with a cucumber ribbon and a lime wedge — clean, cool, not what it appears.
