The Wizard's Lightning

Ingredients

• 1.5 oz aged rum
• 0.75 oz passion fruit juice
• 0.5 oz coconut syrup
• 0.5 oz fresh lime juice
• 0.25 oz hibiscus grenadine
• 1 oz ginger beer

Instructions

1. 1Shake rum, passion fruit juice, coconut syrup, lime juice, and hibiscus grenadine with ice for 12 seconds.
2. 2Strain into a tall glass filled with crushed ice.
3. 3Top with ginger beer and stir gently once.
4. 4Garnish with a lime wheel, a maraschino cherry, and a zigzag-cut pineapple strip arranged like a lightning bolt.
