Roman's Red Room

Ingredients

• 2 oz mezcal
• 1 oz blood orange juice
• 0.5 oz Campari
• 0.5 oz fresh lime juice
• 0.25 oz agave syrup
• 1 tsp black salt (for rim)

Instructions

1. 1Rim a rocks glass with black salt using a lime wedge.
2. 2Combine all liquid ingredients in a shaker with ice and shake for 12 seconds.
3. 3Strain over a large ice cube into the prepared rocks glass.
4. 4Garnish with a blood orange half-wheel on the rim.
