Ingredients

• 2 oz elderflower liqueur
• 1 oz fresh lemon juice
• 0.5 oz raspberry syrup
• 3 oz dry prosecco
• 1 oz sparkling water

Instructions

1. 1Combine elderflower liqueur, lemon juice, and raspberry syrup in a shaker with ice.
2. 2Shake briefly for 8 seconds and strain into a large wine glass over ice.
