Southport Sunrise

Ingredients

• 1.5 oz bourbon
• 1 oz peach nectar
• 0.5 oz fresh lemon juice
• 0.5 oz honey syrup
• 2 oz sweet tea
• 1 tsp grenadine

Instructions

1. 1Brew strong sweet tea and let it cool completely
2. 2Combine bourbon, peach nectar, lemon juice, and honey syrup in a shaker with ice
3. 3Shake for 12 seconds and strain into a tall glass over fresh ice
4. 4Pour sweet tea slowly over the back of a spoon to float on top
5. 5Add grenadine down the side for a gradient sunrise effect
6. 6Garnish with a peach slice and a sprig of fresh mint on the rim
