Rookie Riser

Ingredients

• 1.5 oz white rum
• 1 oz fresh lemon juice
• 0.5 oz honey syrup
• 1 oz fresh peach nectar
• 2 oz ginger ale
• 2 dashes aromatic bitters

Instructions

1. 1Fill a highball glass with ice.
2. 2Combine rum, lemon juice, honey syrup, and peach nectar in a shaker with ice.
3. 3Shake for 12 seconds and strain into the prepared glass.
4. 4Top with ginger ale and add bitters.
5. 5Garnish with a peach slice and a lemon wheel.
