Ingredients

2 oz dark rum
1 oz pineapple juice
0.75 oz lime juice
0.5 oz demerara syrup
2 dashes Angostura bitters
1 oz club soda

Instructions

1Combine rum, pineapple juice, lime juice, demerara syrup, and bitters in a shaker with ice.
2Shake well and strain into a highball glass with ice.
3Top with club soda.
4Stir once.
