Double Deuce Bourbon

Ingredients

• 2.5 oz bourbon
• 0.5 oz honey syrup
• 2 dashes Angostura bitters
• 1 dash orange bitters
• Orange peel for expressing

Instructions

1. 1Combine bourbon, honey syrup, and both bitters in a mixing glass with ice.
2. 2Stir for 30 seconds until well chilled.
3. 3Strain into a rocks glass over a large ice cube.
4. 4Express orange peel over the surface and drop it in.
