2 oz gin

0.5 oz elderflower liqueur
0.5 oz simple syrup
1 egg white
2 oz club soda

Instructions

1Dry shake gin, lemon juice, elderflower liqueur, simple syrup, and egg white.
2Add ice and shake again until well chilled.
3Strain into a Collins glass with ice.
4Top with club soda and let the foam rise.
