Carnival Macaw

Ingredients

• 1.5 oz cachaça
• 1 oz passion fruit puree
• 0.75 oz lime juice
• 0.5 oz simple syrup
• 2 oz pineapple juice
• 0.5 oz grenadine

Instructions

1. 1Combine cachaça, passion fruit puree, lime juice, simple syrup, and pineapple juice in a shaker with ice.
2. 2Shake well and strain into a hurricane glass with crushed ice.
3. 3Drizzle grenadine over the top for a sunset effect.
4. 4Serve with a straw.
