Portal Fluid

Ingredients

• 1.5 oz mezcal
• 1 oz fresh lime juice
• 0.5 oz green chartreuse
• 0.5 oz agave nectar
• 0.25 oz cucumber juice
• 1 tsp activated charcoal (optional for color)

Instructions

1. 1Muddle fresh cucumber in a shaker, then add all liquid ingredients and ice.
2. 2Shake hard for 15 seconds — Rick doesn't do anything gently.
3. 3Double strain into a chilled coupe glass to get a clean swirling green color.
4. 4Garnish with a dehydrated lime wheel — it looks like a portal, which is the point.
