Richie's Gold Bar

Ingredients

• 1.5 oz aged rum
• 0.75 oz Goldschlager
• 1 oz fresh pineapple juice
• 0.5 oz fresh lime juice
• 0.5 oz honey syrup
• 2 oz ginger beer

Instructions

1. 1Fill a highball glass with ice.
2. 2Combine rum, Goldschlager, pineapple juice, lime juice, and honey syrup in a shaker with ice.
3. 3Shake for 12 seconds and strain into the glass.
4. 4Top with ginger beer and stir gently.
5. 5Garnish with a pineapple leaf and a gold cocktail skewer.
