The Sarlacc Pit

Ingredients

• 2 oz aged rum
• 0.75 oz coconut cream
• 0.5 oz pineapple juice
• 0.5 oz fresh lime juice
• 0.25 oz dark rum (float)
• 2 dashes Angostura bitters

Instructions

1. 1Combine aged rum, coconut cream, pineapple juice, lime juice, and bitters in a shaker with ice
2. 2Shake vigorously for 15 seconds
3. 3Strain into a highball glass over crushed ice
4. 4Float the dark rum on top by pouring over the back of a spoon
5. 5Garnish with a pineapple frond rising from the center like a tentacle from the pit
