Ingredients

2 oz gin
1 oz Chambord
0.75 oz lemon juice
0.5 oz simple syrup
3 muddled raspberries
1 oz dry red wine float

Instructions

1Muddle raspberries in a shaker.
2Add gin, Chambord, lemon juice, and simple syrup with ice.
3Shake well and double strain into a wine glass with ice.
4Float red wine gently over the back of a spoon.
