The Well of Souls

Ingredients

• 1.5 oz bourbon
• 0.75 oz fresh lemon juice
• 0.5 oz honey syrup
• 0.5 oz ginger liqueur
• 3 dashes Angostura bitters
• 1 oz dry ginger ale

Instructions

1. 1Combine bourbon, lemon juice, honey syrup, ginger liqueur, and bitters in a shaker with ice.
2. 2Shake hard for 12 seconds and strain into a chilled rocks glass over a large ice cube.
3. 3Top with dry ginger ale and stir once gently.
4. 4Garnish with a lemon peel twisted into a snake-like spiral draped over the rim.
