Vivian's Rodeo Sour

Ingredients

• 1.5 oz Champagne
• 1 oz gin
• 0.75 oz rose syrup
• 0.5 oz fresh lemon juice
• 0.5 oz peach schnapps
• 1 egg white

Instructions

1. 1Dry shake gin, rose syrup, lemon juice, peach schnapps, and egg white without ice for 10 seconds
2. 2Add ice to the shaker and shake hard again for 15 seconds
3. 3Double strain into a chilled coupe glass
4. 4Slowly pour Champagne down the side to float on top of the foam
5. 5The result should have a silky pink foam cap with golden bubbles underneath
6. 6Garnish with a single dried rose petal placed on the foam
