Ingredients

• 2 oz aged rum
• 1 oz coconut water
• 0.75 oz fresh lime juice
• 0.5 oz pineapple juice
• 0.25 oz honey syrup
• 2 dashes Angostura bitters

Instructions

1. 1Combine rum, coconut water, lime juice, pineapple juice, honey syrup, and bitters in a shaker with ice.
2. 2Shake hard for 12 seconds.
3. 3Strain into a highball glass over crushed ice.
4. 4Stir once to integrate the crushed ice layer.
5. 5Garnish with a lime wheel and a sprig of fresh mint tucked into the ice.
