Calypso's Release

Ingredients

• 1.5 oz aged rum
• 0.75 oz coconut cream
• 0.5 oz mango juice
• 0.5 oz fresh lime juice
• 0.25 oz hibiscus syrup
• 1 oz sparkling water

Instructions

1. 1Blend aged rum, coconut cream, mango juice, lime juice, and hibiscus syrup with crushed ice until smooth.
2. 2Pour into a hurricane glass or large tiki mug.
3. 3Top with sparkling water and do not stir — let the layers settle naturally.
4. 4Garnish with a mango slice, a lime wheel, and a paper crab or anchor flag threaded onto a cocktail pick.
