Ouija Board Fizz

Ingredients

• 1.5 oz mezcal
• 0.75 oz St-Germain elderflower liqueur
• 0.75 oz fresh lemon juice
• 0.5 oz simple syrup
• 2 oz sparkling water
• 1 dash lavender bitters

Instructions

1. 1Combine mezcal, St-Germain, lemon juice, and simple syrup in a shaker with ice.
2. 2Shake for 10 seconds and strain into a tall glass over fresh ice.
3. 3Top with sparkling water and add the lavender bitters on top without stirring.
4. 4Garnish with a long lemon peel spiral draped over the rim.
