The Dalton Sour

Ingredients

• 2 oz bourbon
• 1 oz fresh lemon juice
• 0.75 oz honey syrup
• 0.5 oz amaretto
• 1 egg white
• 2 dashes Angostura bitters

Instructions

1. 1Combine bourbon, lemon juice, honey syrup, amaretto, and egg white in a shaker. Dry shake hard for 15 seconds.
2. 2Add a handful of ice cubes and shake again for 12 seconds until frost forms.
3. 3Double strain through a fine mesh sieve into a chilled coupe glass.
4. 4Let the foam settle, then drop bitters on top and drag a toothpick through to make a starburst pattern.
