Kristen's Dreamscape

Ingredients

• 1.5 oz mezcal
• 0.75 oz passion fruit syrup
• 0.5 oz fresh lime juice
• 0.5 oz elderflower liqueur
• 1 oz coconut water
• 1 dash Angostura bitters

Instructions

1. 1Combine mezcal, passion fruit syrup, lime juice, elderflower liqueur, and bitters in a shaker with ice.
2. 2Shake for 12 seconds and strain into a chilled stemmed glass.
3. 3Float the coconut water gently over the back of a spoon.
4. 4Garnish with a flame-expressed orange peel placed on the rim.
