2 oz bourbon
0.5 oz Kahlua
0.25 oz demerara syrup
2 dashes mole bitters
1 oz cold brew coffee

Instructions

1Combine bourbon, Kahlua, demerara syrup, and bitters in a mixing glass with ice.
2Stir for 20 seconds.
3Strain into a rocks glass over a large ice cube.
4Pour cold brew coffee over the back of a spoon to float on top.
5Garnish and serve.
