The Nice Dream Float

Ingredients

• 1.5 oz tequila blanco
• 0.5 oz Midori
• 0.75 oz fresh lime juice
• 0.5 oz simple syrup
• 1 small scoop lime sherbet
• Lime zest for garnish

Instructions

1. 1Combine tequila, Midori, lime juice, and simple syrup in a shaker with ice.
2. 2Shake for 10 seconds and strain into a tall glass over ice.
3. 3Float a small scoop of lime sherbet on top.
4. 4Zest lime over the sherbet and serve with a straw.
