Ingredients

• 1.5 oz blanco tequila
• 1 oz fresh lime juice
• 0.5 oz dry curaçao substitute (use blue pea tea syrup)
• 0.5 oz agave nectar
• 1 oz pineapple juice
• 3 oz lemon-lime soda

Instructions

1. 1Combine tequila, lime juice, blue pea tea syrup, agave nectar, and pineapple juice in a shaker with ice.
2. 2Shake for 10 seconds and strain into a tall glass over ice.
3. 3Top with lemon-lime soda and do not stir — let it layer.
