The Kappa Nu Kick

Ingredients

• 1.5 oz mezcal
• 0.5 oz hibiscus syrup
• 0.75 oz fresh lime juice
• 0.5 oz pineapple juice
• 0.25 oz jalapeño simple syrup
• Tajin rim and fresh pineapple wedge for garnish

Instructions

1. 1Rim a rocks glass with Tajin and fill with ice.
2. 2Combine mezcal, hibiscus syrup, lime juice, pineapple juice, and jalapeño syrup in a shaker with ice.
3. 3Shake vigorously for 12 seconds and strain over ice into the prepared glass.
4. 4Garnish with a fresh pineapple wedge on the rim.
