0.5 oz agave nectar
0.25 oz Ancho Reyes chile liqueur
2 dashes mole bitters

Instructions

1Combine mezcal, lime juice, agave nectar, and Ancho Reyes in a shaker with ice.
2Shake hard for 10 seconds.
3Strain into a rocks glass over a large ice cube.
4Add mole bitters on top.
