Ingredients

2 oz spiced rum
1 oz cream liqueur
0.75 oz coffee liqueur
1 oz fresh cream
0.5 oz maple syrup
2 dashes chocolate bitters

Instructions

1Fill shaker with ice
2Add all liquid ingredients except cream
3Shake vigorously for 15 seconds
4Strain into ice-filled Collins glass
5Float fresh cream on top
6Add chocolate bitters to cream layer
