1.5 oz shochu
0.75 oz blood orange juice
0.5 oz grenadine
0.5 oz fresh lime juice
2 oz sparkling sake

Instructions

1Shake shochu, blood orange juice, grenadine, and lime juice with ice.
2Strain into a coupe glass.
3Top with sparkling sake.
4Let the red grenadine settle to create a dawn-colored gradient.
