1 oz bourbon
1 oz Japanese whisky
0.5 oz honey syrup
0.5 oz fresh lemon juice
2 dashes Angostura bitters

Instructions

1Combine both whiskeys, honey syrup, and lemon juice in a shaker with ice.
2Shake hard for 10 seconds.
3Strain into a rocks glass over a large ice cube.
4Dash bitters over the top.
