Fake It Till You Make It Fizz

Ingredients

• 1 oz peach schnapps
• 1 oz gin
• 0.5 oz fresh lemon juice
• 0.5 oz elderflower syrup
• 3 oz Champagne
• 1 tsp grenadine

Instructions

1. 1Combine gin, peach schnapps, lemon juice, and elderflower syrup in a shaker with ice
2. 2Shake briefly for 10 seconds and strain into a Champagne flute
3. 3Top slowly with Champagne to preserve the bubbles
4. 4Add grenadine carefully down the side — it will sink to the bottom like a secret
5. 5The drink presents beautifully pink on top and gold at the bottom
6. 6Garnish with a sugared rim and a peach slice balanced on the flute rim
