Ingredients

1.5 oz ouzo
1 oz blue butterfly pea flower tea (cooled)
0.75 oz fresh lemon juice
0.5 oz honey syrup
2 oz sparkling water

Instructions

1Combine ouzo, butterfly pea flower tea, lemon juice, and honey syrup in a shaker with ice.
2Shake vigorously for 10 seconds until well chilled.
3Strain into a tall glass over fresh ice and top with sparkling water.
4Stir gently and garnish with a lemon wheel and a sprig of fresh rosemary.
