George's Creme Brulee Fizz

Ingredients

• 1.5 oz vanilla bourbon
• 0.75 oz Champagne
• 0.5 oz honey syrup (2:1 ratio)
• 0.5 oz fresh lemon juice
• 1 oz heavy cream
• 1 tsp brown sugar

Instructions

1. 1Torch brown sugar in a small ramekin on the side to create brulee sugar
2. 2Combine bourbon, honey syrup, lemon juice, and cream in a shaker with ice
3. 3Shake hard for 20 seconds until cream is fully emulsified and frothy
4. 4Strain into a chilled rocks glass over a large ice sphere
5. 5Top gently with Champagne and stir once from the bottom
6. 6Garnish with a shard of the torched brulee sugar resting across the top
