Pop Goes My Fizz

Ingredients

• 1 oz gin
• 1 oz peach schnapps
• 0.5 oz fresh lemon juice
• 0.5 oz raspberry syrup
• 3 oz sparkling rosé
• Fresh mint

Instructions

1. 1Combine gin, peach schnapps, lemon juice, and raspberry syrup in a shaker with ice
2. 2Shake for 12 seconds and strain into a chilled coupe glass
3. 3Top slowly with sparkling rosé
4. 4The raspberry and peach should blend into a vibrant rosy pink
5. 5Slap a sprig of fresh mint between your palms to release the oils before placing in glass
6. 6Garnish with a single fresh raspberry and the mint sprig in the coupe
