The Incantationless Elixir

Ingredients

• 1.5 oz sake
• 1 oz yuzu juice
• 0.75 oz elderflower liqueur
• 0.5 oz honey syrup
• 2 oz sparkling water
• 1 dash lavender bitters

Instructions

1. 1Combine sake, yuzu juice, elderflower liqueur, and honey syrup in a shaker with ice.
2. 2Shake gently for 8 seconds.
3. 3Strain into a goblet over crushed ice.
4. 4Top with sparkling water and add lavender bitters.
5. 5Stir once gently to combine.
