Ingredients

2 oz dry white wine
0.75 oz elderflower liqueur
0.5 oz lemon juice
0.25 oz simple syrup
2 oz sparkling water
3 fresh basil leaves

Instructions

1Muddle basil leaves gently in the bottom of a wine glass.
2Add ice to the glass.
3Pour white wine, elderflower liqueur, lemon juice, and simple syrup over the ice.
4Top with sparkling water and stir gently.
5Garnish and serve.
