Ingredients

1.5 oz silver tequila
0.75 oz blue pea flower tea syrup
0.5 oz lime juice
0.25 oz agave nectar
3 oz sparkling water

Instructions

1Combine tequila, lime juice, and agave nectar in a shaker with ice.
2Shake and strain into a highball glass over ice.
3Top with sparkling water.
4Slowly pour blue pea flower tea syrup down the side of the glass to create a gradient effect.
5Stir gently once and garnish.
