Kitty's Purple Roar

Ingredients

• 1.5 oz coconut rum
• 0.75 oz creme de violette
• 0.5 oz fresh lime juice
• 0.5 oz passion fruit syrup
• 1 oz pineapple juice
• 0.5 oz coconut cream

Instructions

1. 1Combine coconut rum, creme de violette, lime juice, passion fruit syrup, and pineapple juice in a shaker with ice.
2. 2Shake vigorously for 12 seconds until well chilled.
3. 3Strain into a chilled rocks glass over a large square ice cube.
4. 4Float coconut cream on top by pouring slowly over the back of a bar spoon.
5. 5Garnish with a lime wheel and a skewer with a green and purple grape to represent Mike and Sulley.
