Divine Tree Fizz

Ingredients

• 1.5 oz gin
• 0.75 oz fresh lemon juice
• 0.5 oz elderflower liqueur
• 0.25 oz simple syrup
• 2 oz sparkling water
• 2 fresh basil leaves

Instructions

1. 1Muddle basil leaves gently in a shaker.
2. 2Add gin, lemon juice, elderflower liqueur, and simple syrup with ice.
3. 3Shake for 10 seconds and strain into a collins glass over ice.
4. 4Top with sparkling water and stir once.
5. 5Garnish with a basil leaf.
