2 oz white rum

0.5 oz simple syrup
0.5 oz fresh grapefruit juice
1 tsp matcha powder

Instructions

1Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice.

3Double-strain into a chilled coupe glass.
4The matcha will give the drink a grassy green hue.
