Dragon Maid's Tail

Ingredients

• 1.5 oz yuzu sake
• 0.5 oz ginger liqueur
• 0.75 oz fresh lemon juice
• 0.5 oz honey syrup
• 2 oz sparkling water
• 1 tsp matcha powder dissolved in 0.5 oz hot water, cooled

Instructions

1. 1Dissolve matcha powder in hot water and allow to cool completely.
2. 2Combine yuzu sake, ginger liqueur, lemon juice, honey syrup, and cooled matcha in a shaker with ice.
3. 3Shake vigorously for 12 seconds and strain into a collins glass over ice.
4. 4Top with sparkling water and stir once.
5. 5Garnish and serve.
