Ingredients

• 1.5 oz white rum
• 0.5 oz dark rum
• 1 oz passion fruit juice
• 1 oz orange juice
• 0.5 oz fresh lime juice
• 0.5 oz grenadine
• 0.25 oz simple syrup

Instructions

1. 1Fill a hurricane glass with crushed ice.
2. 2Combine white rum, passion fruit juice, orange juice, lime juice, grenadine, and simple syrup in a shaker with ice.
3. 3Shake well and strain over the crushed ice.
4. 4Float the dark rum gently over the back of a spoon on top.
5. 5Garnish extravagantly and serve with a wide straw.
