1.5 oz gin
0.5 oz dry vermouth
0.5 oz fresh grapefruit juice
0.25 oz lavender syrup
2 dashes celery bitters

Instructions

1Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass with ice.
2Stir for 25 seconds until properly chilled and diluted.
3Strain into a chilled Nick and Nora glass.
4Add celery bitters last for aromatic lift.
5Serve cold and calculated.
