The Mallard Migration

Ingredients

• 1.5 oz light rum
• 1 oz mango juice
• 0.75 oz fresh lime juice
• 0.5 oz passion fruit syrup
• 0.25 oz grenadine
• 2 oz pineapple juice

Instructions

1. 1Combine rum, mango juice, lime juice, and passion fruit syrup in a shaker with ice.
2. 2Shake vigorously for 10 seconds.
3. 3Strain into a highball glass over ice.
4. 4Add pineapple juice and stir gently.
5. 5Drizzle grenadine down the center to sink — do not stir.
