The Watts Sour

Ingredients

• 2 oz bourbon
• 0.75 oz fresh lemon juice
• 0.5 oz simple syrup
• 0.25 oz peach nectar
• 1 egg white
• 2 dashes Angostura bitters

Instructions

1. 1Combine bourbon, lemon juice, simple syrup, peach nectar, and egg white in a shaker without ice.
2. 2Dry shake hard for 15 seconds to build foam.
3. 3Add ice and shake again for another 10 seconds.
4. 4Strain into a rocks glass over ice.
5. 5Dot Angostura bitters on the foam and drag a toothpick through to create a pattern.
