2 oz white rum
0.75 oz coconut liqueur
0.75 oz fresh lime juice
0.5 oz pineapple juice
0.25 oz simple syrup
2 dashes orange bitters

Instructions

1Combine rum, coconut liqueur, lime juice, pineapple juice, simple syrup, and bitters in a shaker with ice.
2Shake for 12 seconds.
3Strain into a chilled coupe glass.
4Spritz lightly with coconut mist if available.
5Garnish with a toasted coconut rim and a maraschino cherry in the center.
