Ingredients

2 oz green Chartreuse
0.75 oz fresh lime juice
0.5 oz honey syrup
0.25 oz yellow Chartreuse
2 oz sparkling water
5 fresh basil leaves

Instructions

1Muddle basil leaves with honey syrup in the bottom of a shaker.
2Add both Chartreuses, lime juice, and ice.
3Shake vigorously for 12 seconds.
4Double-strain into a rocks glass over ice.
5Top with sparkling water and stir once.
