The Split Personality

Ingredients

• 1.5 oz light rum
• 1.5 oz dark rum
• 1 oz pineapple juice
• 0.75 oz coconut cream
• 0.5 oz fresh lime juice
• 0.5 oz grenadine

Instructions

1. 1In one shaker, combine light rum, pineapple juice, and lime juice with ice and shake.
2. 2In a second shaker, combine dark rum and coconut cream with ice and shake.
3. 3Pour both into a pint glass simultaneously from opposite sides.
4. 4Do not stir — let the two halves remain visibly distinct.
5. 5Add grenadine down the center to create a dividing line.
