Ingredients

• 1 oz Campari
• 1 oz sweet vermouth
• 1 oz gin
• 1 orange peel for expressing
• 1 large ice cube

Instructions

1. 1Add Campari, sweet vermouth, and gin to a mixing glass with ice.
2. 2Stir for 30 seconds until well chilled and properly diluted.
3. 3Strain over a single large ice cube in a rocks glass.
4. 4Express the orange peel over the drink by bending it skin-side down.
5. 5Lay the peel on the rim or drop it in the glass.
