Ingredients

1.5 oz elderflower liqueur
0.75 oz gin
0.5 oz fresh lemon juice
0.25 oz simple syrup
2 oz prosecco
1 dash lavender bitters

Instructions

1Add elderflower liqueur, gin, lemon juice, and simple syrup to a shaker with ice.
2Shake well for 10 seconds.
3Strain into a chilled champagne flute.
4Top with cold prosecco.
5Add a dash of lavender bitters on top.
